Anyone who can point me to the right direction how to contact Navico for getting the Tier2 SDK programming guide?
The pdf file referenced in the gofree website at the link:

is missing information and says it is available upon request, however there is no applicable contact for getting the information, neither my repeated attempts sending emails to different navico departments had any success.
If anyone has more info would be highly appreciated.
