Does anyone know how to import .kml files (Google Earth, etc) into a Simrad NSS Evo 2? Can they be imported into an Evo 1 MFD as well? I have an NSE12 on my bench for test purposes, but in the (remote) field will need to try and load them into an Evo 2 so am hoping to learn as much as I can before heading out that way.

I don't think NSS Evo 2 will import KML files but it will import the "universal" GPX format. And there are numerous programs that can convert KML to GPX, like GPSBabel and Garmin Homeport.
I don't see the import routine in the NSS manual but I've done it and recall using the Files menu to pick a .gpx file on a SD card, which then offered the import choice.
