May I have a copy of the file as well please? Our boat relocated from the UK to Australia and the UK MMSI associated with the AI50 is not valid in Australia.

I no longer need this procedure, because I was able to get a new station license from the FCC and have the previous owner's MMSI assigned to it. This will only work if the previous owner cancels his station license and you specify the MMSI in the FCC form 605b. And this only applies to U.S. boaters as well. Other countries my have something similar with their communications ministry.
