Looking for an antenna mount adapter 1" x 1" with a side cable exit

Hello,

Does anyone have a source for an antenna adapter to screw a 12" extender into a 1" thread mount with a slot or hole in side to have cable exit?
My Airmar PB200 threads onto a antenna mount but I need the cable to exit to the side. It came with a plastic adapter that was perfect...but Friday night, the adapter failed.
