Hi, I put an $3.200 order for nmea 2000 gear to Blue Heron in mid Feb.
Apart from the order confirmation I have not received anything.
No mails get answered and no explanation has been given on why no shipment has been made.
Have I done something completely stupid and lost my money or will they ship when they have stock?
Anyone experienced the same with Blue Heron?

Update to this:
Today about i filed a claim about Blue Heron Marine to econsumer.gov
Four hours later i recieved this:
Your order is expected to ship on Monday April 4th. You will receive an e-mail shipping advice with tracking number once it has shipped.

so how long did you wait from order to the reply you got ?
I did get one item (PB200) last week and there is a shipment on its way, dont no if it contains all the rest or what. As said earlier I ordered about 20 feb, did not hear anything from them and no response on numerous mails until 30 march.
Poor customer support.
I am glad that I not order from them as first intended. Instead, I asked my favorite online shack Defender to special order the items for me. May have paid a few $$ extra but I know that I can rely on them.
I had the same issue with Blue Heron last year. They went off grid for several weeks. No response to numerous emails. And they have no phone listed on their site (that should have given me a clue.) Then they came back, saying they had some temporary staffing problems. I canceled my order and went elsewhere.
Interesting. I just tried to order a PB200 from Blue Heron, and the bank blocked my card. I called the bank and got it opened, tried to repeat the order and now the card is blocked again.
We placed an order for 10 Airmar heading sensors and to date have only received 4 units........what can I say. The web site looks great, shame about the service.
I ordered my TM270W two weeks ago and almost forgot about it. It arrived at my home in South Africa of all places in one piece, promptly on time. I did not even have to enquire or track the shipment.
Great show, great company and great service.

Na don't use this company I waited nearly 2 months for my order and eventually threatened legal action and got a refund
Still hopeful that my order will get here on time. I did find a phone number for them: 203-903-9719, but it went to voicemail.
I did get a little worried when I read all of the negative reviews after I placed my order but I did not share the same experience. Blue Heron Customer Service replied to me withing hours of me sending them an email with all the shipping details. The items are scheduled to arrive on schedule. I also received a call from their drop shipper to make sure that I knew it was coming.
I have only good things to say about this company.
