Washable Keyboard

Vote 0 Votes

Hello Panbots:

No affiliation or interest in HP here. Just ran across this interesting product for $50. HP USB PS2 Washable Keyboard . Needless to say, it is waterproof.

  • I have tried several different water-proof keypads, with varying degrees of satisfaction. They are not touch type-able because the feel of the keys are not uniform, you are never sure your tap will produce a character. I keep going back to inexpensive (disposable) conventional keyboards. A two-fingered typist might find them less objectionable.

  • On a related topic I am interested in a wireless (radio) waterproof mouse. Any recommendations?

I'm familiar with those keyboards you speak of - with the membrane. But this one from HP appears to be more like a conventional keyboard with full travel keys.

I've heard good things about the Gyration mice but they're not waterproof.

  • My Bad. I couldn't get the video to load yesterday. This IS different, and worth looking into.
