Hi have a Northstar 6000i and upon powering up i have the following problems any help appreciated.
1/ Makes me enter the serial #everytime before doing checks?
2/ NG and NONVOL comes up failed test.Push clear to continue
3/ Wont save settings such as feet to meters and brightness control.
Otherwise works fine.
The N6000i is basically a "PC in a box" so it probably has a standard lithium battery to keep the NV (non volatile) RAM content.
Either open it up yourself, replace the battery, or send it in...
