Have you all taken the Panbo Survey? I hope so because the manufacturers need to know what we're thinking (they already know what we're buying!).
But what else would it be good for them to know? What else should the survey include? Should it branch into the area of customer satisfaction and brand attributes like JD Power? For example, what good is it to tell the mfg we make our purchase decision based on reliability if they don't know how we perceive their reliability?
