NMEA 2000 & 0183

VHF nmea 0183 converter to nmea 2000

How do I connect my SIMRAD NSS12 evo2 Chartplotter to a VHF Icom-M421 ? Simrad supports NMEA 2000, Icom supports NMEA 0183.
I have converter NMEA 0183-NMEA 2000 Actisense NGW-1
Which wires from conwerter do I connect to Phono plug from Radio?
Please diagram...
