Active sailor, 34, from Norway, new to this forum.
Dear all,
I am looking for info on the simrad remote controls HR22 and WR20, do any of you know what they are sending through the SimNet cable in order to correct the compass course +/-1 and 10 degrees?
The reason for asking is that the HR22 is obsolete, the WR20 rare and expensive, and my 29ยด sailboat needs a remote control for the TP22 tiller pilot.
I am looking to make a remote myself, using an Arduono with a CanBus shield.
Simrad has not responded to my questions.
