I am using ICOM M503 / DS100 for SRC training in Germany.
Its the "oficial" marine radio in the examination.
I am able to reduce power to 1 nanoWatt and using the CloninSoftware with the adaptor for radio and controller (its on DOS).
All radios have been cloned to the same set of data.
But there are some differences between the M503 radios
when using Individual Call in the menu
a) one group of radios shows only safety/urgency
b) the other group routine/safety/urgencydistress.
What a software / adapter is needed to changing the firmware?
