I have several old Datamarine (Link 5001) instruments which still work fine on the boat, I'd like to keep them going for a while and interface them with my PC-based nav system, till I can afford a new instrument suite. Apparently they used a proprietary protocol and the service guys (DMI) don't know/won't tell what it is.
Anyone interfaced these instruments or know the protocol?
