Mac computer and ICOM M802 radio

I recently switched to Mac. I was using Weatherfax to control the SSB radio.
I downloaded the Mac version of Weatherfax 2000, but the Mac doesn't recognize the two cables from the radio (FM modulator speaker output and serial to USB remote controller.
Can anyone help?
